How do I offer Payment Haven to my customers?

In order to offer the Payment Haven service to your customers, The fist step is to provide us with the details of your store, which can be completed through our potential partners form, and we will be in touch soon.

 

What plans could I offer to my customers?

There are currently 4 different plans that are available for our partners to offer their customers. These include a: 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, and/or 12 month payment plan. 

 

How does Payment Haven manages its risk?

Payment Haven plans to complete a credit check on all of it's customers 

 

How does using Payment Haven's service affect our Profit?

Payment Haven will have a minimal effect on its partners margins. Payment Haven intends to charge its partners a $1 Transaction Fee in addition to a percentage of the Total Sale (%1.5).

How does Payment Haven work?

Payment Haven is an online service which exists to allow its customers financial freedom through 4 available payment plans. These include a: 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, and/or 12 month payment plan. 

What payment methods are supported through Payment Haven?

Payment Haven will initially support the following credit cards. This will be done so because these are the two most common Credit Cards used in Canada as of 2021: 

- Visa             - Mastercard
